Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS) is a chronic and debilitating urological complex of disorders characterized by symptoms of bladder pain or discomfort, mostly upon bladder filling, and often accompanied by lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). This study will assess how safe and effective BOTOX (onabotulinumtoxinA) is in treating IC/BPS. Adverse events and change in disease symptoms will be evaluated. BOTOX (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS). Study doctors randomly assign the participants to 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms, to receive BOTOX or placebo. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 80 female participants, aged 18 to 75 years, with a diagnosis of IC/BPS will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites in the United States and Canada. Participants will receive BOTOX or placebo injected into the bladder on Day 1 and will be followed for at least 12 weeks in treatment 1. Eligible participants may request additional dose of BOTOX between Weeks 12 and 24, and will be followed for 12 weeks in treatment period 2. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study will look at how much CagriSema helps participants with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine ritlecitinib for the possible treatment of nonsegmental vitiligo. Vitiligo causes white patches on your skin when the cells that give your skin color are destroyed. Nonsegmental means that it can affect both sides of the body such as both knees and both hands. Ritlecitinib has been tested in earlier clinical studies and has a favorable safety profile. At present there are no approved medications taken by mouth to treat nonsegmental vitiligo. This study is seeking participants who: Are 18 years of age or older. are confirmed to have nonsegmental vitiligo for at least 3 months. Are willing to stop all other treatments that they may be taking for vitiligo. In this study participants will be chosen by chance, like drawing names out of a hat to receive 1 of 3 treatments: •Part I where two different amounts of ritlecitinib (50 mg and 100 mg) are taken once daily. It will be compared to placebo. Placebo is a dummy capsule. It doesn't have any medicine used in the study. Participants receiving placebo who have not responded to treatment after 52 weeks will be given 100 milligrams or 50 milligrams of ritlecitinib for the remaining 52 weeks of the study. • In Part II, participants will only receive 100 milligrams of ritlecitinib. About 1000 participants will take part in Part I and around 450 in Part II globally. The study will compare the experiences of people receiving ritlecitinib to those of the people who do not. This will help see if ritlecitinib is safe and effective. People in Part I will be in this study for about 26 months and people in Part II will be in this study for about 14 months. During the study, participants in part I will need to visit the study site at least 17 times. In part II, participants will visit at least 11 times. Participants will undergo various tests and procedures such as: vitiligo rating, physical examinations, hearing tests, blood tests, x-ray, ECG, photographs of areas with vitiligo. This study is open to adults with schizophrenia who took part in a previous CONNEX study (study 1346-0011, 1346-0012, or 1346-0013). The purpose of this study is to find out how well people with schizophrenia can tolerate a medicine called Iclepertin in the long term. Participants take Iclepertin as tablets once a day for 1 year. In addition, all participants take their normal medication for schizophrenia. Participants are in the study for a little more than 1 year. During this time, they visit the study site about 13 times and get about 9 phone calls from the study team. The doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Doctors also regularly check the participants' symptoms of schizophrenia. Read Less
